These packets with flavorless powder are a convenient and effective way to help keep your kids happy and healthy.

Culturelle® helps manage and reduce the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea and helps manage acute infectious diarrhea. It also helps reduce the risk of traveller’s diarrhea.

LGG® is naturally sourced – Culturelle® contains the live active culture LGG®. The LGG® strain is naturally sourced. Culturelle® Kids Packets are vegetarian, and contain no gluten▲, soy, wheat or preservatives.



Recommended Dose:

For children 1 and older: 1 packet 1-2 times per day. To help support gastrointestinal health and promote a favourable gut flora, take one (1) packet daily. To help manage acute infectious diarrhea and manage or reduce the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea, take one (1) packet in the morning and one (1) packet in the evening, daily. If your child is on antibiotics, take at least 2-3 hours after your last dose of antibiotics. When travelling, take one (1) packet in the morning and one (1) packet in the evening, daily throughout the trip to help reduce the risk of traveller’s diarrhea. Start 2 days prior to travel.


Directions of use: Tear open packet and pour powder into milk, onto yogurt or any cold food or drink. Do not add to warm or hot food or beverages. Culturelle® probiotics can be taken at any time of the day.


Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if your child has nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. This product is made in facilities that handle milk and milk derivatives. If you have a milk allergy, do not use this product.


Contra-Indications: Do not use if your child has an immune-compromised condition.


Medicinal Ingredient: Each packet (1.5 g) contains: Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (whole cell) - 5 Billion CFU. ATCC 53103.


Non-medicinal ingredients: Mannitol, inulin, sucrose, maltodextrin, sodium ascorbate, and silicon dioxide.
